The primary purpose of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) are to generate new business, grow sales and provide sales support to assigned accounts in one of the following customer segments: property management, restoration/remodeling, residential builders, trades or manufacturing. Individuals in this position must demonstrate exceptional dedication to meeting customer needs through timely sales calls, job-site visits and on-time product delivery. To be successful in this position, and OSR must develop strong, personal relationships with 35-40 existing and prospective customers in the targeted segments.
