Fruth Group is hiring a proven outside sales professional to expand new business across Office Equipment, Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Software Solutions.

What This Role Actually Requires
This is a true hunter role.
You will be expected to:
- Build and maintain your own pipeline daily
- Prospect consistently through outreach, referrals, and field activity
- Secure meetings with decision makers
- Run a disciplined sales process from first contact to close
- Own your number and your results
There is no hand-holding and no waiting for leads to come to you.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically targeting candidates who have:
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling capital equipment, technology, or services
- Copier or managed print experience is a strong advantage
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong business presence with owners, CFOs, and executives
- High activity discipline and personal accountability
If you have never carried a quota or built your own pipeline, this will not be the right role.
Compensation and Earning Potential
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Year 1 realistic earnings: $70K to $120K
- Established reps: $120K to $200K+
- Additional incentives for top performance
- Car allowance and full benefits package
Your income will directly reflect your performance. There are no caps.

You will represent a full portfolio of business technology solutions:
- Office equipment and production print (Copiers, Printers, Wide-Format Equipment)
- Managed IT Services
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Managed Print Services
- Document management and workflow software
- Touchscreen Interactive Whiteboards
- Security Camera's
This is consultative, multi-solution selling with long-term client relationships.
