Responsibilities
As the Outreach Coordinator for Liberty Military Housing, you will be responsible for strengthening Liberty Military Housing’s presence and relationships within the communities we serve. Your role focuses on proactive outreach, partnership development, and consistent communication that reinforces the value of living with Liberty. You will work closely with regional operations, leasing, community services, and marketing teams to support resident engagement, external partnerships, and local brand awareness through coordinated outreach efforts.
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Community & Partner Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local installation partners, housing offices, community organizations, and approved external partners.
- Support regional and local partnerships by coordinating outreach materials, follow‑ups, and engagement opportunities.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to increase awareness of Liberty’s value proposition within military and surrounding civilian communities.
- Execute marketing campaigns and create promotional materials.
Resident & Community Engagement
- Support outreach initiatives that enhance resident connection, engagement, and awareness of available programs and services.
- Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process including follow ups with applicants and managing inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with Community Services and Events teams to align outreach messaging with on‑site and regional initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams and marketing to ensure outreach efforts are consistent and aligned.
- Facilitate military briefings and tours.
Content & Communication Support
- Assist in compiling and coordinating outreach content such as blogs, features, and informational materials that can be leveraged regionally and nationally.
- Help ensure outreach messaging is clear, consistent, and reflective of Liberty’s mission and service standards.
- Support communication efforts related to outreach campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.
Social & External Presence Support
- Support relationship‑based outreach with non‑Liberty and spouse‑focused social media communities by assisting with feedback gathering and engagement strategies, as directed.
- Provide input and coordination support for outreach‑related social and digital engagement initiatives (no independent moderation authority unless assigned).
- Post and update pricing, promotions, content and advertisements for available homes on internet listing services and digital platforms.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track outreach activities and provide summary updates to regional leadership and marketing partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure outreach efforts are documented, shared, and aligned with broader regional goals.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.
Qualifications
What You Need for Success:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and communication platforms
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- May require occasional travel within the region with advanced notice.
- Some evening or weekend availability to support outreach or community events, as needed.
- May require use of personal or company vehicle, or electrical cart.
- Ability to independently lift/carry supplies or equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required)

Pay Range: $24.00 -$28.00 Hourly
