**Position travels between the main Mile Bluff Clinic location and the four outreach locations: Delton Family Medical Center, Necedah Family Medical Center, New Lisbon Family Medical Center and Elroy Family Medical Center.**
Position Summary:
The Outreach Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for outreach clinic services affiliated with Mile Bluff Medical Center. This role ensures high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across outreach locations while maintaining compliance with ambulatory care standards.
This position reports to Director of Ambulatory Services and collaborates across departments to support outreach clinic efficiency, staff engagement, and clinical excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of outreach clinic services, including both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Supervise personnel to ensure effective team performance.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Mile Bluff Medical Center ambulatory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and experience.
- Promote patient- and family-centered care through evidence-based practices and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate strong communication and collaboration among outreach staff, providers, and leadership.
- Manage administrative functions including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial oversight.
- Support achievement of patient care goals through performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.
Position Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- RNs with Compact Licensure must obtain Wisconsin RN licensure within 90 days of relocation.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience required.
