Job descriptionModern MOJO is looking for an in-office Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to work as an Independent Contractor at our office in Willmar MN.An in office provider is preferred. However, we would be willing to discuss Remote / Telehealth options for outstanding providers that are self-starters and motivated.Licensed Therapist (Must have completed all Supervision Requirements)Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Psychologist (LP)Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including behavioral therapy and psychotherapy, to support patient progress.Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate community resources for patients and families.Engage in crisis intervention and provide support for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.Here at Modern MOjO we do things differently. Modern MOJO covers all the headaches and issues with having your own Mental Health business.We will help train you in the best charting practices to meet the required insurance billing requirements, no having to guess what is required by insurance companies to get paid. Transparent billing and productions, we provide a detailed list of the reimbursement for each of the patients you see so you know what you are earning.We are credentialed will all major Health insurance companies and a lot of the small ones too. Credentialing is one of the most important and time-consuming tasks to start up a Mental Health Business. Our Staff will help make it the easiest step in the process.This allows you to show up, see patients, finish your charting, then head home. You will be in charge of your income, if you want to make the most you can, then you have the ability to work 7 days a week, however, if you only want to be part time then you can choose to only work 1 day a week.
