Summary/Objective
The Outbound Sales Specialist plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests by connecting them to Medora’s premier shows, lodging, and packages. This position focuses on proactive outbound sales while supporting inbound inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects the mission to “Make Magic” for customers and the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF).

Work Environment
This position is in an office environment. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required from April through October.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift to 15 lbs. or more at times.
