Oscillator Design Engineer (OCXO / RF)

We’re hiring an Oscillator Design Engineer to develop ultra‑low phase noise, low g‑sensitivity OCXO products. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role with full ownership from concept through production in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize OCXOs using RF/MW simulation tools
• Lead projects from concept → production release
• Drive performance, cost, and manufacturability improvements
• Support prototyping, testing, and production transition
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to new product ideas

What We’re Looking For

• BSEE/MSEE preferred
• 5+ years in RF/Microwave oscillator design
• Experience with ultra‑low phase noise OCXOs
• Strong skills in resonators, oscillator design, RF layout
• Proficiency with AWR, Genesys, or similar tools
• Hands-on lab experience + strong leadership ability
