We are actively seeking an Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon to join our expanding Texas-based team, serving patients with acute, injury-related musculoskeletal conditions, exclusively with personal injury cases. This role is well-suited for a surgeon who values decisive care, procedural work, and timely intervention to help patients recover function and move forward after injury.
You’ll focus on upper and lower extremity injuries, working within a coordinated care model designed to support efficient evaluations, clear treatment pathways, and high-quality surgical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat acute musculoskeletal injuries involving the upper and lower extremities
- Manage personal injury cases with a strong emphasis on procedural and surgical care
- Develop clear, individualized treatment plans with appropriate surgical and non-surgical interventions
- Perform extremity-focused surgical procedures with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and timely progression through treatment
- Communicate clearly with patients, care teams, and case stakeholders throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation appropriate for personal injury case management
- Stay current on best practices in acute and extremity-focused orthopedic care
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Strong clinical and procedural expertise in extremity-related injuries
- Comfort managing acute injury cases and procedural treatment plans
- Efficient communicator and collaborative team member
- Commitment to high-quality outcomes and ethical, patient-centered care
