Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Order Fulfillment Team Lead with hands-on experience using the IFS Cloud ERP system to oversee and streamline our order processing operations for our Irvine CA office. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate order entry, lead and develop the order processing team, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Your ability to coordinate effectively, communicate proactively, and drive process improvements will be critical to our success.



Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Ensure all orders are entered into the IFS Cloud ERP system in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high data integrity and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor order statuses and resolve discrepancies or delays promptly.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and develop the order processing team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and accountability.

Supplier Coordination

  • Proactively communicate with suppliers via email or phone to resolve issues (e.g., delays, stock availability, or documentation errors).
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to maintain strong supplier relationships and minimize disruptions.

Process Improvement

  • Work closely with the Order Processing and Service Teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.

System Expertise

  • Utilize IFS ERP to manage orders, track progress, and generate reports as needed.
  • Train team members on IFS best practices and troubleshoot system-related issues.

  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, inventory management, or customer service systems.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., IFS Cloud, Excel).
