🚀 We’re Hiring: Oracle Unity Functional Lead Consultant (CDP)
📍 Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite / Open to Relocation)
We’re looking for a Senior Oracle Unity Functional Lead to drive Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations within the Oracle CX ecosystem. If you’re passionate about customer data strategy, segmentation, and delivering unified customer experiences, this is a high-impact opportunity.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end design & implementation of Oracle Unity CDP (data models, profiles, segmentation, insights)
• Drive requirement workshops and define customer data & activation strategies
• Configure identity resolution, data enrichment, and profile unification
• Build audiences, behavioral segments & orchestration flows
• Integrate Unity with Oracle CX (Eloqua, Responsys, Sales, Service) and third-party systems
• Partner with technical teams on data ingestion, APIs, and activation workflows
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance (PII/consent)
• Support UAT/SIT, go-live, and hypercare while guiding best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years in CX / CRM / Martech / CDP
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Unity CDP (data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution)
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, data quality & governance
• Experience with Oracle CX tools (Eloqua, Responsys, CX Sales, Service Cloud)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event data, and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation & communication skills

• Experience in high-tech / manufacturing domain
• Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or other ERP systems
