This role requires deep expertise in RBAC, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle's integration technologies (OIC/VBCS), and compliance, ensuring secure and seamless integration with critical security and governance platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra, OKTA, and SailPoint. We are looking for a specialist eager to drive governance, security, and integration excellence across our cloud environment.


•    Design and Govern Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Serve as the subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and governing the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture within Oracle SaaS (for ERP, EPM, FDI and HCM modules), ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
•    Architect IAM Integration Strategy: Define and implement secure integration solutions between Oracle Fusion IAM and external enterprise security platforms, specifically focusing on ServiceNow (for GRC/Access Request workflows), Azure AD/OKTA (for Identity Federation/SSO), and SailPoint (for automated provisioning/de-provisioning and access certification).
•    Security Auditing & Compliance: Define and execute proactive security monitoring, auditing, and reporting standards to ensure continuous adherence to enterprise security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
•    Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle Visual Builder Cloud (VBCS) to design complex integrations between Fusion ERP/HCM and other systems.
•    Support and optimize the use of the Oracle Risk Management and Compliance Application.
•    Proactively measure and optimize environments for adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
•    Provide operational support, troubleshoot advanced security and integration issues, and coordinate escalations and cross-team collaboration.
•    Lead or participate in technical programs and projects through all phases of execution.
•    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
•    Curiosity and drive to seek out and learn new and innovative ways to solve complex security and integration challenges.
•    Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
•    Comfort working in a fast-paced, federated environment that embraces innovation and experimentation.

•    Solid customer service skills with experience interfacing with all levels of stakeholders.
