Job Title: Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant (EBS / Cloud)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud SCM. This is a client-facing role requiring hands-on functional knowledge, strong business interaction, and the ability to drive manufacturing solutions end-to-end.
The ideal candidate understands real-world manufacturing operations—not just system configuration—and can communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document manufacturing requirements
- Configure and support Oracle Manufacturing modules in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud SCM
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and drive functional solution design
- Support implementations, enhancements, and AMS/production support
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration
- Lead client workshops, CRPs, demos, and user training sessions
- Provide regular status updates and manage client communication effectively
- Ensure solutions align with business processes and project timelines

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of Oracle experience
- Strong hands-on functional expertise in:
- Oracle Manufacturing (EBS and/or Oracle Cloud SCM)
- Proven experience in functional roles (not purely technical)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work in onsite-offshore delivery models
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Manufacturing modules)
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or integrations
- Prior experience working with Infosys or large SI environments
- Experience in end-to-end implementations (full lifecycle)
