Oracle Fusion Security Analyst / Administrator

Overview This role is part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security functionalities of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The Oracle Fusion Security Analyst/Administrator will lead and support all security‑related activities including user access provisioning, auditing, and custom role security design. In addition, the role may contribute to Oracle application environment management tasks such as refreshes, outages, monitoring, configuration, and patching.

We are seeking a professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security and Role Management Design (RMD), proven experience in ERP implementations, and strong collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and operational teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the ERP Security Lead during Oracle ERP implementations, driving role design and compliance.
  • Manage and support user access provisioning, auditing, and role security across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM.
  • Import users and configure access using Oracle’s standard security functionalities.
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role‑based access aligned with Oracle security best practices.
  • Monitor and manage auditing for user access, ensuring minimal violations within Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
  • Resolve security and auditing issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications in collaboration with Security, Network, Development, and Product teams.
  • Migrate SaaS and PaaS technical objects including OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs.
  • Track and resolve Oracle MOS service requests.
  • Handle ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support business users.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM security functionalities.
  • Hands‑on experience with Security and Role Management Design (RMD) in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Expertise in SSO Configuration (IDCS) and user management across ERP, EPM, and OTM.
  • Experience with ERP auditing, ERP/OTM refreshes, and environment monitoring.
  • Ability to manage auditing processes to ensure compliance and minimize violations in RMC.
  • Knowledge of Oracle application environment management including refreshes, outages, configuration, and patching.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
