Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)

Location: Irvine, CA(5 Days Onsite)

Experience: 12 -15 Years

Employment Type: Long term Contract

Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.

JD:

• Typically, 10–12 years in ERP projects
• At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
• 10–15 years of overall experience
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Experience in support and enhancement projects

🔧 Key Responsibilities

. Functional Expertise

• Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:
• R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash Management
• O2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, Billing
• P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
• HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
• MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
