Oracle EBS Technical Specialist-Hybrid
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and external enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform · Perform hands-on development of Oracle EBS technical components including interfaces, conversions, reports, workflows, and custom extensions · Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle EBS and systems such as EBuilder, Unifier and other enterprise applications · Support full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including design, development, unit testing, system testing, deployment, and post-production support · Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Oracle EBS modules and MuleSoft integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including interface specifications, mapping documents, and operational procedures · Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices · Monitor and support production environments, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis for integration failures.
Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy across integrated systems · Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to Oracle EBS and related integrations · Work collaboratively with developers, functional analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and scalable integration solutions.

Hands-on experience developing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar middleware technologies
Strong technical development skills using Oracle tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, interface tables, and concurrent programs
Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP web services and API-based integrations
Demonstrated experience working through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting enterprise-scale applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical solutions
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and production support activities
