Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX B2B Service Developer to design, implement, and support Oracle CX Service solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with best practices and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle CX B2B Service (Oracle Service Cloud) solutions
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Ensure solutions follow best practices and scalability standards
- Integrate Oracle CX Service with other systems as needed
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX B2B Service / Oracle Service Cloud
- Solid understanding of B2B Service business processes
- Expertise in:
- Case Management
- Activity Management
- Accounts & Contacts
- Experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service - Redwood UI)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with:
- Oracle Field Service
- Knowledge Management
- Plug-in Development
- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with B2B Service
