Position Overview

The Oracle Cloud ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud across multiple manufacturing sites.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role responsible for program governance, vendor management, system integration, and business readiness. You will operate at the center of a complex enterprise transformation spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Platforms, and Salesforce integrations.

This role requires onsite leadership in Roanoke, VA, with regular travel to manufacturing facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across multiple plants
  • Lead ERP transformation from legacy systems (GRMS) to Oracle Fusion — driving standardized, scalable processes (no customization approach)
  • Drive Oracle Readiness Phase including:
  • Architecture assessments
  • Business process mapping (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • Implementation strategy alignment with executive leadership
  • Lead System Integrator (SI) selection process including RFP creation, evaluation, and contract negotiation
  • Manage Oracle, SI partners, and third-party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and governance cadence
  • Establish and lead program governance:
  • Steering Committee
  • Design authority
  • Risk, issue, and change control processes
  • Coordinate integrations across enterprise systems:
  • Salesforce
  • Azure Data Platform
  • Future MES systems
  • Own business readiness:
  • Data migration strategy
  • Cutover planning and execution
  • Training and user adoption
  • Hypercare support post go-live
  • Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, and ROI tracking
  • Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT
  • Ensure successful multi-site rollout across manufacturing facilities in:
  • Roanoke, VA
  • Troutville, VA
  • Rincon, GA
  • Pocatello, ID


Key Success Metrics

  • Oracle Finance go-live across all plants on schedule and within budget
  • Clean financial close on Oracle at go-live
  • Seamless Salesforce ↔ Oracle integration and order flow
  • Successful retirement of legacy ERP systems without disruption
  • Measurable business value realization and user adoption
  • Strong governance, risk mitigation, and execution discipline


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in ERP program leadership or enterprise transformation
  • Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations (Finance required)
  • Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing Tier-1 System Integrators (SI)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Finance and Supply Chain processes
  • Manufacturing operations
  • Data integrations and enterprise architecture
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Azure platforms preferred
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus

Work Environment & Travel
