We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Business Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team on a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation. This individual will operate at the intersection of business and technology—translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions while ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion capabilities and best practices.The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background from firms such as Oracle, Deloitte, Accenture, or similar, with proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-wide Fusion programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical/implementation teams
• Lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution alignment
• Translate business needs into functional designs within Oracle Fusion
• Provide strategic guidance on business process transformation and optimization
• Drive workshops, facilitate decision-making, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure solutions align with overall program goals, timelines, and Oracle best practices

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience on large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations
• Background in top-tier consulting environments (Oracle, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HCM, or SCM (depending on scope)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
