Role Description

Specs For Less is seeking full-time Optical Managers, Keyholders, and Sales Associates for its Staten Island, NY locations. This is an on-site position where responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, and maintaining inventory controls. Team members will assist customers in selecting eyewear, manage day-to-day store operations, and participate in staff training initiatives to uphold high standards of retail service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Experience in Inventory Control and working knowledge of maintaining stock and supplies
• Knowledge in optical-related fields, including understanding optical and eyewear products
• Ability to participate in and deliver effective training programs for staff development
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail or optical experience is required
• A professional and team-oriented mindset
