Clinical Medical Assistant

Full‑time | Clinical Setting | Growth Opportunity in Healthcare

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to join our fast‑paced medical team. This role offers excellent hands‑on clinical exposure, making it a strong stepping‑stone for individuals looking to build a long‑term career in healthcare!

• Document physician visits and patient encounters in the EMR system
• Assist physicians with medical instruments and clinical procedures
• Complete patient work‑ups after consultations
• Communicate treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients
• Support overall clinic flow and provide high‑quality patient care

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
• Experience in medical assisting, patient care, or a clinical environment preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑volume setting
• Excellent communication and patient‑facing skills
• Ophthalmology or optometry experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills welcome but not required

This position offers meaningful patient interaction, direct exposure to physicians, and experience with clinical procedures and workflows. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the medical field and gain the type of experience valued across healthcare specialties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
