Clinical Medical Assistant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to join our fast‑paced medical team. This role offers excellent hands‑on clinical exposure, making it a strong stepping‑stone for individuals looking to build a long‑term career in healthcare!

What You’ll Do
  • Document physician visits and patient encounters in the EMR system
  • Assist physicians with medical instruments and clinical procedures
  • Complete patient work‑ups after consultations
  • Communicate treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients
  • Support overall clinic flow and provide high‑quality patient care
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
  • Experience in medical assisting, patient care, or a clinical environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑volume setting
  • Excellent communication and patient‑facing skills
  • Ophthalmology or optometry experience is a plus
  • Bilingual skills welcome but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
