What You’ll DoAssemble and test medical device components
Follow written procedures and verbal instructions
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Handle small parts with precision
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices
Follow all safety and quality standards (QMS/EMS)
Ability to read and comprehend at a 7th‑grade level
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with small components
Basic computer/data entry skills
Ability to follow standardized procedures
To maintain a clean manufacturing environment, the following are not allowed:
Sweaters, fleece, loose‑knit fabrics
Glitter, sequins, tassels, fringes
Open‑toe or open‑heel shoes
Sleeveless tops, short shirts, skirts above the ankle
Nail polish, acrylic/artificial nails
Makeup (lip balm stick allowed before handwashing)
Jewelry or piercings that cannot be covered
Scented products (except deodorant)
Clothing must be non‑shedding, clean, and free of loose fibers. Shoes must be closed‑toe and closed‑heel with socks.
