This is a hands-on, influential role responsible for managing day-to-day activities across several integrated production areas. • Leading and supporting a team through mineral processing and chemical operations
• Providing hands-on, frontline leadership to set expectations, develop talent, and reinforce a strong culture of accountability and performance
• Monitoring production data in real time to troubleshoot issues, resolve deviations, and escalate risks as needed
• Coordinating with engineering, maintenance, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily and longer-term operational plans
• Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and HR policies while driving continuous operational improvement
The ideal candidate is a proven frontline leader with at least three years of experience in chemical, mining, or heavy industrial operations. They possess a strong working knowledge of processing systems, safety critical operations, and industrial equipment, and are comfortable providing hands on oversight across both field environments and control rooms.
