Summary/Objective: The Operations Specialist is a cross-functional execution role responsible for carrying out internal and customer-facing communications, marketing activities, and operational readiness support. Working directly under the strategic direction of senior leadership, this role ensures the right information reaches the right audiences — at the right time — through organized, consistent, and well-executed communication and workflows. This is an execution and coordination role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured, mission-critical environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of directly related experience required

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.

Travel: Approximately less than 5% travel is expected.
