Role Overview
This is a hybrid position that sits at the intersection of supply planning and sales operations: 4 days in-office at our San Diego headquarters, with 1 day remote.
60% of your time will be spent running end-to-end operations (raw material sourcing to inventory allocations) for our finished goods. I.e. making sure we have the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time.
40% of your time will be spent supporting our wholesale team with order processing, customer coordination, and account administration.
This is not a siloed role. You will context-switch regularly between planning work and transactional processing. The right person for this role is someone who sees both sides as equally important—not someone who tolerates one while waiting to do the other.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning (60%)
- Maintain and operate supply planning model across all finished goods SKUs
- Maintain balanced inventory levels between 3PL and Amazon warehouses to hit target weeks-of-stock (WOS) thresholds
- Manage raw material planning to ensure on-time, in-full delivery to contract manufacturers ahead of FG production runs
- Place cost-effective POs, track ETAs, and schedule inbound deliveries to contract manufacturer or 3PL
- Ensure ERP is up-to-date on invoices processed and stock received
- Maintain master data across all platforms—create new items, update existing records, and audit SKU dimensions
- Onboard new suppliers as needed
Sales Operations (Wholesale) (40%)
- Own end-to-end order processing for all wholesale customers: from sales order receipt through processing, fulfillment, and confirmation
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time outbound shipments; arrange LTL freight as needed
- Send tracking information and invoices to customers following shipment; resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Track invoice payment status; escalate outstanding receivables to Sales Manager per defined escalation process
- Lead new customer onboarding—complete compliance requirements for both BUBS and the customer, and configure new account setups
- Maintain accuracy of SKU master data in wholesale customer portals; create or update items as needed
What Success Looks Like
Inventory levels across Amazon and 3PL are consistently within target WOS ranges—no stock-outs, no excessive overstock
Wholesale orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, with customers receiving tracking and invoices without having to ask
Master data is accurate and up-to-date across all platforms at all times
You surface problems early and propose solutions—you don’t wait to be told something is wrong
Technical Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, supply/demand planning, or sales/trade operations, ideally at a CPG, supplements, or e-commerce company
- Hands-on ERP experience
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central

- Experience placing and tracking purchase orders with contract manufacturers, co-packers, or raw material suppliers
- Familiarity with 3PL operations and LTL freight coordination
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or QuickBooks Online
- Wholesale or retail order management background—EDI, retailer portals, routing guide compliance
- Exposure to contract manufacturing and co-packer relationships
The Right Fit Looks Like This
- You are comfortable working in a small team environment with multiple cross-functional responsibilities
- You are detail-oriented and find satisfaction in keeping things accurate and organized—even the repetitive parts
- You manage your own workload without close supervision and communicate proactively when timelines are at risk
- You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on the phone with a freight carrier or a wholesale buyer
- You are excited to help scale a fast-growing brand!
