About the Role

The Senior Litigation & Real Estate Paralegal will serve as a key member of the legal team, supporting attorneys and partnering with internal departments across the organization. This role involves managing complex landlord‑tenant matters, supporting litigation workflows, and ensuring consistent application of legal standards across operational activities. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, proactive professional with strong experience in real estate, commercial disputes, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage default, demand, termination, and other lease‑enforcement notices
• Communicate with tenants, outside counsel, and vendors regarding legal disputes and collections
• Review leases and analyze provisions such as co‑tenancy, relocation, termination, use restrictions, and CAM
• Track and support eviction, breach of lease, collection, and bankruptcy matters
• Assist with settlements, subpoenas, legal holds, e‑discovery, and judgment enforcement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program required
• Experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house setting, preferably with litigation exposure
