Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across Interwest Capital’s portfolio and internal business functions. This role coordinates portfolio risk management, monitors performance metrics, and supports the execution of value-add business plans in collaboration with asset management, finance, and property teams. The Operations Manager will refine and enforce operational processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistent quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing workflows, tracking key performance indicators, resolving operational issues, and preparing reports and analyses for senior leadership and the investment committee. The role also involves supporting contract negotiation, assisting with due diligence and onboarding of new assets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
