Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations, champion safety, drive operational excellence, and lead high‑performing teams. What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop diverse teams across multiple sites—including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Guide your team through daily operational challenges while achieving both short‑ and long‑term goals
- Promote a culture of urgency, integrity, teamwork, and trust
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, and operational policies
- Use data to make informed decisions and navigate sensitive, people‑impactful situations with emotional maturity
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs and support business objectives
- Shift effectively between hands‑on tasks and strategic initiatives
- Lead change efforts and communicate updates clearly to frontline teams
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED + 5 years in a distribution or warehouse environment
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in distribution, warehouse, or operations
- Proven leadership experience in an operations or distribution center setting
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to lead, influence, and execute in fast‑paced environments
