Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning Services (must have Commercial Cleaning Experience)

We are seeking a professional, bilingual (English/Spanish), and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a growing commercial cleaning company. This individual will be responsible for managing contractor relationships, onboarding new clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency across multiple accounts and locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Knowledge of the Phoenix market and surrounding areas is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure all client locations consistently meet company quality standards
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure accountability, professionalism, and service excellence
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients, including implementation of services, expectations, and communication processes
  • Conduct routine site inspections and quality control audits to ensure scope of work and cleaning excellence are maintained at all times in service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive customer service
  • Resolve service concerns promptly and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Coordinate scheduling, supply management, operational logistics, and contractor coverage across multiple accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards
  • Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiency
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client requests, emergencies, and service-related issues
  • Support company growth initiatives by maintaining high customer satisfaction, retention, and service consistency
  • Support sales functions as needed, including client meetings, walkthroughs, proposals, and relationship-building efforts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of commercial cleaning industry experience required
  • Previous management experience within commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or service-related industries preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong client relationship management and contractor oversight experience
  • Knowledge of the Phoenix market and surrounding areas preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and basic computer systems
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between client sites as needed

Compensation:

  • Starting salary: $85,000 annually
  • Increase to $90,000 after the first year based on achievement of written goals and objectives
