Vertex Solutions is a relationship-driven A/E/C recruiting and staffing firm focused on Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Mission Critical/Data Center talent.


We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Operations Manager to help build the operational infrastructure of a high-performance boutique recruiting firm scaling toward $10M+ in annual revenue.


This is not a traditional administrative role. This position will play a critical role in helping Vertex create scalable operational systems, improve workflow consistency, support contractor operations, and reduce founder dependency as the company grows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting and staffing operational workflows
  • Oversee contractor onboarding and compliance processes
  • Coordinate payroll and timekeeping support
  • Maintain ATS/CRM organization and data integrity
  • Build and improve internal systems and SOPs
  • Support leadership reporting and accountability systems
  • Assist with operational planning and process improvement


Ideal Background

  • 3–7+ years of operations, staffing operations, recruiting operations, or business operations experience
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking ability
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable building structure in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Staffing/recruiting industry experience preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75K–$110K
  • Performance Bonus: 10%–20%
  • Long-term leadership growth opportunity
