Operations Manager (HR Included)

Job Summary:

This role leads end-to-end daily operations and on-site human resources management for the U.S. office. The position oversees workflow optimization, team performance, warehouse coordination, process improvement, and full-cycle HR functions to support business efficiency, team development, and compliance with U.S. labor regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily U.S. office and field operations, including logistics, third-party warehouse management, order processing, and EDI monitoring.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  • Monitor operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams; drive performance management and team engagement
  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations for the U.S. office, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and KPI performance reviews
  • Manage talent acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and new hire coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, U.S. labor laws, safety standards, and workplace regulations
  • Coordinate trade shows: booth setup, samples, travel, hotels, and logistics
  • Maintain domestic warehouse SKU listings and operational data accuracy
  • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost-reduction projects
  • Resolve operational and employee-related issues; escalate as needed
  • Support the North America General Manager with special projects and cross-functional tasks
  • Liaise with external vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, with exposure to U.S. on-site HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, improving processes, and managing performance
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. workplace compliance and basic HR processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments

  • Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • May require extended hours, weekends, or on call availability, occasional travel
