The Operations Manager (OM) supports team leadership to ensure the property is clean, safe, healthy, well‑organized, and visually appealing. This role oversees the proper use of professional cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals to maintain assigned areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Achieves operational goals while modeling company values and professionalism.
• Builds positive, respectful relationships with team members.
• Trains staff on company and departmental procedures to support productivity.
• Ensures safe handling, storage, and use of chemicals; understands SDS and emergency procedures.
• Oversees staffing, training, labor, and expenses in alignment with scope of work and budget.
• Conducts daily inspections, monitors workflow, and documents findings to maintain quality standards.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA, and all state and federal safety regulations.
• Prepares schedules, manages equipment maintenance and inventory, and provides daily shift reports.
• Communicates operational issues to management and maintains a professional company image.
• Participates hands‑on in cleaning activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a crew of 25 or more
• Minimum 4 years of facility management experience in the janitorial industry preferred
