Security Operations Manager - Fort Washington, PA
The Mission
We aren’t just a security company; we are the shield that protects our clients' peace of mind. We are looking for a high-energy, decisive Operations Manager to lead our frontline defense. In this role, you won't just be managing schedules. You will be the architect of a high-performance culture, a mentor to future leaders, and the standard-bearer for operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
The Impact You’ll Make
As the Operations Manager, you are the heartbeat of our field presence. You will bridge the gap between executive strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. Your goal is to transform a diverse group of supervisors and staff into a cohesive, elite team that operates with precision, integrity, and a "service-first" mindset.

- Operational Excellence: Set and enforce the "Gold Standard" for field performance. You will conduct site audits, review incident reports, and ensure our Book of Knowledge is lived out in the field—not just read in a manual.
- Tactical Mentorship: Develop and implement training programs (including FTO evolutions) that empower supervisors to lead with confidence and handle complex security challenges autonomously.
- Dynamic Response: Pivot quickly to address emerging threats, client needs, or staffing shifts. You thrive in the "gray area" and find solutions where others see obstacles.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize industry-leading software (such as Celayix or Officer Apps) to monitor stats, reduce lateness, and optimize shift coverage, ensuring data drives our decisions.
Who You Are
- A Natural Leader: You lead from the front. You don't just tell people what to do; you show them what excellence looks like.
- A Strategic Thinker: You see the "big picture" of regional security while maintaining an eagle eye for the small details that prevent incidents before they happen.
- Communicator: You can navigate a boardroom and a guard post with equal ease, delivering clear, motivating, and firm direction.
- Tech-Forward: You embrace e-ink tablets, reporting software, and modern communication tools to stay organized and ahead of the curve.
- Resilient: You stay calm under pressure and view a dynamic, high-stakes environment as an opportunity to shine.
