Operations Manager – Large‑Scale Beverage Distribution (South Florida)
Play a critical leadership role at one of Florida’s largest beverage distributors. This senior operations position has end‑to‑end responsibility for warehouse, delivery, and fleet operations across a broad and complex geographic footprint.
This role leads operations at scale:
- Direct oversight of 200+ operations employees spanning warehouse, delivery, and fleet teams
- Leadership across 3 warehouse locations and 1 satellite office in Southeast Florida
- Responsibility for a fleet of 100+ delivery trucks operating daily
- Operational coverage spanning 200+ geographic miles, supporting service to approximately 25% of Florida’s population
- Key leadership role within the largest Anheuser‑Busch distributor in Florida and a Top 10 distributor in the U.S.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments and is comfortable owning performance, safety, compliance, and cost control at scale.
About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end leadership of warehouse operations, delivery execution, and fleet management across all Eagle Brands Sales locations. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse managers, delivery supervisors, and fleet teams, while partnering closely with senior leadership on safety, compliance, labor planning, and performance optimization.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on, strategic operations leader with proven experience managing large frontline teams, multiple facilities, and complex logistics networks.
Scope & Impact
- Lead 200+ frontline operations employees across multiple sites
- Oversee warehouse, delivery, and fleet operations supporting a large geographic territory in Southeast Florida
- Ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations across all facilities and routes
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, service levels, and cost performance
- Serve as a key operational leader within a top-tier Anheuser‑Busch distributor
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, loading, and facility maintenance
- Lead delivery execution, route performance, and driver productivity while maintaining service excellence
- Direct fleet operations including maintenance, inspections, compliance, and lifecycle planning
- Champion safety and compliance across warehouse, transportation, and fleet operations
- Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and cost‑control initiatives in partnership with Finance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, and/or fleet operations
- Proven experience leading multi‑site operations and large frontline teams
- Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety best practices
- Beverage, CPG, or distribution experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
