Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a career oriented Operations Manager who oversees daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality and performance goals. This role partners cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, implement Lean principles, and optimize throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility operations across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Inventory.
• Manage daily production, budgets, and overall operational performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and performance.
• Analyze volume trends and align capacity with demand.
• Report on operational performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Lead projects, manage resources, and support change management efforts.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
• Promote employee development, morale, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPIs, performance management, and Lean principles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
