We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help lead and elevate Custodial operations for one of our top clients located in the Inland Empire.

🌟 About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you’ll serve as a key leader. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and play a critical role in coordinating events, managing teams, and maintaining high safety and performance standards. This is an onsite leadership role based at a major, high-volume transportation and logistics hub, requiring a strong operational presence and the ability to manage large-scale activity in a dynamic environment.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same—you’ll be at the center of operations, supporting both custodial services and event setups across multiple sites.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across custodial and setup services
• Supervise and support shift supervisors, ensuring schedules and tasks are completed accurately
• Coordinate event logistics, special projects, and client requests
• Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and support ongoing training
• Oversee payroll processes, timekeeping, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures
• Act as a liaison between management, staff, and clients to ensure seamless communication

• Excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in facilities, janitorial, or floor care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
