GEARYS Beverly Hills is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee and direct the Operations Warehouse Functions within the Landmark Flagship


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Building maintenance (Electricians, construction, plumbing, HVAC, elevator, fire compliance, etc)
  • Building security systems (Cameras, alarms, etc)
  • Logistics (City permits for events, construction, etc)
  • Regulation compliance (Fire, accessibility, building codes, etc)
  • Warehouse operations (Scheduling, management, operational efficiency, etc)
  • Construction (New buildouts, renovations, etc)
  • Budget management
  • Expert on all Standards Operating Procedures, Systems, Tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience and act as a resource for the Team.
  • Achieve Financial Plans
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate annual inventory, achieve target shrink goals
  • Partner with Management and stock teams to continuously improve stock space for multi-level store for optimum efficiency
  • Train and Supervise Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse and Events groups
  • Partner with Management and vendors to coordinate and execute various high-profile in-store and off-site events
  • Foster relationships with Chain-Logistics, Store Planning, Client Relations, Training and Visual Merchandising contacts
  • Responsible for all aspects of employee supervision, not limited to—interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
  • Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
  • Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to provide impeccable service
  • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork


Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferred Luxury Retail industry experience
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • Strong delegation skills
  • Directs work of others, sets priorities and work together toward project objectives
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to run warehouse team at high levels of efficiency
  • Coaching/leadership skills
  • Flexibility to support occasionally extended and after hours, during sales and holiday season
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Prioritize the delivery of impeccable service to both internal and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple concurrent tasks or projects

  • Strong soft skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce

  • Leadership skills, navigate internal organizational resources to evaluate potential solutions is preferred.


Salary range is $125K- $175K DOE
