What you’ll do:
We are seeking an Operations & Finance professional to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for the operations functions across Millennia’s funds and co-invest vehicles. The ideal candidate is a CPA with venture capital or private equity fund experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Accounting: Oversee all aspects of fund accounting across Millennia’s fund and co-investment vehicles (e.g., Carta, Flow, or similar platforms), including capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations. Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Supervise general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, and coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
• Tax: Direct all fund-level tax compliance processes, including the preparation and review of federal and state partnership returns (Form 1065 and K-1s) in collaboration with external tax advisors. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor tax-related inquiries.
• Operations: Manage day-to-day fund operations. Oversee relationships with fund administrators, custodians, and other third-party providers. Support LP due diligence requests and the onboarding of new fund vehicles.
What we’re looking for:
