The Operations Director is responsible for leading the Manufacturing and Maintenance functions for CPS Puerto Rico. This role ensures the plant produces products that meet all quality standards, operates safely, and delivers against weekly production plans with optimal efficiency and cost performance.
The Operations Director establishes and executes the annual business plan for the area in alignment with the company’s Vision, while providing critical input and leadership to the CPS North America Master Plan development and execution. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams including Planning & Logistics, Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE), Finance, People & Culture, Operational Excellence & Digitalization, Engineering, and Supply Chain Shared Services to drive integrated performance.
Additionally, the role is accountable for ensuring continuity of supply to North America markets, working in close collaboration with the Atlanta Beverage Base plant.
