TEMPORARY OPERATIONS DATA ANALYST (Finance & HR)
Location: Remote (*** Open to candidates across LATAM ***)
Contract: Temporary (1.5–2 months); Full-time
Reporting to: Regional Office – Nord Anglia Education
About the Role
Nord Anglia Education (NAE) is seeking 3 detail-oriented Operations Data Analysts to join a high-impact regional Finance & HR initiative supporting our US schools.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Regional Office, collaborating across countries and functions to strengthen payroll and budget controls ahead of the FY27 planning cycle. You will play a key role in improving data accuracy, supporting financial decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across systems
- Validate and reconcile Budget vs. Actual payroll data
- Perform monthly audits comparing payroll actuals vs. reforecast data
- Support accurate allocation of payroll costs across budgets
- Align stipend allocations with approved organizational structures
- Identify discrepancies, validate data logic, and escalate issues where needed
- Contribute to strengthening payroll and budget control processes
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced English skills
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or HR analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS or financial systems
- Strong experience working with large datasets and multiple systems
- High attention to detail and focus on data quality and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and validate logic
