Operations Associate

This job isn’t for someone who needs to be told what to do.

It’s for someone who sees problems, figures them out, and fixes them.

We’re hiring an Operations Associate to help run the day-to-day execution of our search firm.

This is a hands-on role—not strategy, not management. You’ll own systems, handle admin work, fix issues, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain our ATS (Crelate) and internal systems
• Keep data clean, accurate, and organized
• Troubleshoot issues and improve workflows
• Run meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)
• Handle scheduling, admin, and office tasks
• Assist with QuickBooks and basic financial tracking
• Execute tasks directly for the President (including occasional errands)

What We’re Looking For

• Smart, resourceful, and figures things out quickly
• Works independently without constant direction
• Strong with systems/tech (ATS, CRM, data)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Follows through and actually finishes work

Details

• Onsite – Central Iowa (not remote)
• Mix of technical + administrative work
• Some tasks are basic—but accuracy and follow-through matter
