Required Skills:

• Experience working with procurement systems such as Oracle
• Supplier-facing experience for RFQs and project communication
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of A3 methodology and lean manufacturing principles
• International sourcing experience and cross-functional project management
• Supplier development, materials management, and quality improvement experience
• Familiarity with tariff mitigation and total cost of ownership strategies
• Experience with finance month-end validation and price negotiations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, operations, or engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, engineering, project management, or related fields

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and operate independently
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with industry-standard software and tools
