Corporate Materials Estimator
On-site – Spartronics, Brooksville, FL | Full-time, Monday–Friday
Job Overview:
At Spartronics, the Corporate Materials Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive material cost estimates based on customer requirements across the aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical industries. This role is a key member of the centralized quoting team, supporting multiple manufacturing sites and interfacing with internal stakeholders, Program Managers, and suppliers to deliver timely, high-quality material pricing.

• Technical Data Organization: Skilled in organizing and validating customer documentation packages for accurate, competitive bid proposals.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex technical and financial data to drive optimal sourcing decisions.
• Supplier Collaboration: Effective at building supplier relationships and driving competitive responses through consistent communication and feedback.
• Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners to ensure quote accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to accuracy and compliance across all quote and proposal deliverables.

• Corporate Materials Quote Manager: Overseeing the preparation, coordination, and delivery of all quote types across multiple Spartronics sites, leading cross-functional kick-off meetings, managing quote strategy with Sales and Program Management, and driving continuous improvement in quoting accuracy and on-time delivery.

Compensation:
This is an exempt level position. Compensation is based on experience in purchasing, education, and prior experience in supporting quoting.
