Position Summary

We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to support Securities Operations and focus on client relationships and end-to-end trade lifecycle including middle and back-office support across products such as Asset Backed, preferred, equity linked options.


Requirements

  • Hands on experience with brokerage back-office functions such as Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Margin, Settlements (Foreign/Domestic)
  • Cost Basis
  • Mutual Funds
  • Complex Equity Options
  • Monitor and research client trading activity
  • Customer valuations, pricing and data quality control
  • Current in-depth knowledge and experience with the Broadridge BPS functionality


Qualifications

  • Self-clearing Broker Dealer or Custodian experience
  • Operational controls and oversight monitoring
  • Risk management or audit experience
  • Professionally reply to internal and external inquiries
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word / Enhanced Excel (V-Lookup, Macro)
  • FINRA Series 99 registration or higher, preferred.


Workplace setting and schedule

  • 5 days onsite, New York, NY
  • Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
