Operations Administrator - HVAC Data Center (Onsite)

This role is an onsite Operations Administrator (HVAC Data Center) position supporting mission-critical HVAC operations. The individual will handle day-to-day administrative coordination, including managing schedules, organizing meetings via Microsoft Teams, maintaining equipment records, and tracking project costs. They will act as a key link between service teams and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication, proper job allocation, and timely execution of tasks. This is a short-term contract role (with possible extension) ideal for someone with strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary administrative support for mission-critical data center operations
• Coordinate and maintain communication with on-site service and technical teams
• Manage and track project schedules, ensuring timely updates and execution
• Maintain detailed equipment records including startup forms, log sheets, and warranty documentation
• Organize and schedule daily and weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams
• Monitor and track weekly project costs across multiple jobs
• Support sales teams by maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders (POs) and technical service requests
• Ensure accurate job allocation and documentation across systems

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or sales support roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, especially in documentation and cost tracking
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or mission-critical/data center environments is a plus

📍 Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)

💵 Pay: $24 – $26/hour.
