Your Role:
The Oncology Territory Manager (OTM) is a field sales position covering/traveling within Idaho, Utah and Portland, OR. You will deliver on aggressive but realistic targets for revenue growth and profitability by executing brand objectives through innovative strategies, excellence in customer engagement and rigorous account planning. The OTM will be responsible for promoting Bavencio and Tepmetko and its approved indications, along with other potential products from the EMD Serono pipeline. As a key member of a high performing team including Marketing, Managed Markets, and Medical, the OTM will manage sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and EMD Serono. This territory will cover/travel within Idaho, Utah and Portland, OR

Base Pay Range for this position - $147,300 – $220,900
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
