6-month contract opportunity for an Oncology Pharmacist supporting a specialized clinical team focused on oncology patient care. This role offers a unique level of flexibility, operating in a primarily remote environment (approximately 95% remote) while maintaining a minimal onsite presence of just one day per month in Seattle.
The position is designed for pharmacists who want to stay deeply involved in clinical decision-making while moving away from a fully onsite model. This is not a traditional dispensing-focused role. Instead, it centers around direct involvement in patient care, medication optimization, and collaboration with providers, with a strong emphasis on oral chemotherapy and specialty oncology medications. The pharmacist will play an active role in shaping treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring safe and effective therapy across the continuum of care.
