Royal Communications Consultants, based in New York, is looking for candidates for part-time (as needed) contingent work to assist with desktop support/network trouble tickets within the San Antonio area. This work will be conducted mainly during normal business hours, but may also include nights and weekends.�
These trouble tickets include the following:
As mentioned, this work is on an as-needed basis and could reach up to 20+ hours a week.�
We are open to candidates who are Level 1 or 2 Level Desktop Support techs with relevant technical education, certifications, or previus experience.�
For those interested in basic networking, we also work with cabling, data centers, and layer 1 networking or decommissioning networks, ie: rack dismantling, patch panels, switches, routers, etc.
If you have tools that's a big plus: Multi 10 in 1 Screwdriver, Micro Screwdriver Set, Allen Wrenches (Standard/Metric), Cutters/Scissors, Flashlight.� �
