Position Title: OMS Analyst
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Reports to:Senior Manager, Product Information Management

Job Summary:

The OMS Analyst role on the OMS (Order Management System) Team will support growing Order Management System with our Direct To Consumer (DTC) business. The Analyst will build/maintain business configurations, rules and workflows within the OMS platform. This role will work closely with ERP, Consumer Services, Commerce and Content Management teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Business, Consumer Services and Supply Chain teams to understand and document business requirements
  • Work closely with the Product teams to clearly understand the roadmap and business impacts
  • Drive requirements gathering user workshops, document use cases, create user stories and design workflow processes
  • Work with Tech Lead to translate requirements into technical specifications and create data mapping artifacts
  • Assist with training documentation and knowledge transfers
  • Assist QA team with development of functional test plans and facilitate user acceptance process
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the business processes as well as a strong working rapport with business users
  • Help validate existing business rules for each brand and create new/improve existing business rules based on the brand needs
  • Work independently while juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Key Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, related educational experience, or related professional experience
  • Experience with B2C and B2B eCommerce systems is required
  • Experience working with anyOMSis required, experience with Deck Commerce or SF/Mainstreet is a big plus
  • Understanding of the inventory management, order allocation, fulfillment and returns management is required
  • A high-level understanding of the order lifecycle and order attributes flow across eCommerce ecosystem
  • Experience working on the integration with the ERP system is nice to have, SAP/JDE/Oracle EBS knowledge is a big plus
  • Understanding of the payment processing and fraud management is nice to have
  • Possess and demonstrate strong logical and critical problem-solving skills
  • Should have worked in an Agile environment
  • Should have used issue tracking tools like JIRA
