Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Office Services Clerk to join their team in Sacramento, CA!


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, scan, and distribute legal mail, managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages while maintaining accurate records.
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring adherence to office security protocols while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate conference room usage, including scheduling, setup, supply management, and arranging catering for meetings and events.
  • Handle document management tasks such as scanning, quality checks, filing, and organizing legal documents, case files, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared office areas, including kitchens, supply rooms, and conference spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock office and mailroom supplies as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, copying, and other clerical tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive materials.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an administrative or mailroom environment.
  • Familiarity with general office operations and standard office equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook or similar tools for email, calendar, and document management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust quickly in a dynamic work environment.
