Title: Office Manager
Location: New York, NY (In-Office, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary

The Role
You’ll work directly with leadership across brokerage, finance, and marketing. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in taking on real responsibility early in their career.
What You’ll Do
Invoicing
- Support commission tracking and calculations
- Assist with invoicing across brokerage and related business lines
- Track outstanding payments and help maintain organized financial workflows
- Become familiar with internal payment platforms (e.g., Ramp)
Team Organization
- Maintain internal systems (Notion and pipeline tracking)
- Track key metrics including deal flow, deal stage, and conversion rates
- Support development of dashboards for revenue visibility and forecasting
Team Coordination
- Organize and run weekly team meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)
- Support alignment between sales and marketing efforts
- Help maintain clear, efficient communication across the team
People & Office Management
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Organize company documents (agreements, policies, commission structures)
- Maintain a well-run, organized office environment
Events & Experience
- Plan client events, team outings, and internal initiatives
- Coordinate gifting tied to deals and client relationships
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose better ways of operating
- Help implement tools and automation to improve workflows
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interested in business operations, startups, or commercial real estate
- Excited to work in-office and be part of a growing team
